Ashley Kim Weiss
President & CEO
Ashley Kim Weiss is a social entrepreneur, consultant and disability rights advocate. Her area of expertise includes Housing Development, Affordable Housing, I/DD Residential Program Placement, Disability Rights Advocacy and Home and Community Based Settings Rule and other regulatory and compliance issues pertaining to individuals with Autism and other Developmental Disabilities.
Based in Los Angeles, Ashley also serves as National Coordinator of Together for Choice, a national disability rights organization with 2,300 members in all 50 states including 130 organizations that collectively serve over 25,600 people with intellectual and developmental disabilities across the country. Previously, Ashley was the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Villa de Vida, a non-profit organization. In her role, Ashley led Villa de Vida from its conception stage to inception, property acquisition, funding and development stage to build an affordable housing community for adults with developmental disabilities in San Diego, California.
Ashley holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Management from the University of Illinois, Chicago, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Claremont Graduate University’s Drucker School of Business.
Dan Hilley

Daniel Hilley is an independent business consultant based in Los Angeles. He has advised over a dozen Fortune 500 corporations as well as smaller privately held companies and non-profits. He specializes in communications strategy, investor relations and community outreach.
He is an elder of Union Church of Los Angeles, a hundred-year-old ministry in downtown Los Angeles. At Union, he led a capital campaign to improve the facility and is a member of the church’s development committee. He also has volunteered his services at Villa de Vida, a non-profit serving the housing needs of autistic adults. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Washington & Lee University and an MBA from the University of California Los Angeles.
Kyong Ju Lee
Treasurer
Kyongju Lee is the Director of Accounting at EcoSense Lighting, an LED lighting manufacturer that delivers a broad line of high-quality, cutting-edge LED lighting solutions. At EcoSense, she is leading the financial reporting and tax return filing in addition to being responsible for all accounting applications and strengthening internal controls.
Kyongju is a Certified Public Accountant and held a Senior Manager position at Moss Adams LLP. She worked in the public accounting field for 9 years where she gained extensive knowledge of US GAAP. Kyongju earned a Bachelors’ Degree from the University of Utah and a Masters' Degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
