Ashley Kim

President & CEO

Ashley is a social entrepreneur and disability advocate.  She oversees Elevare Community's real estate, program, and corporate development.  She also manages ADD Housing, a private real estate company with a focus on Autism and Developmental Disability housing.  Ashley advocates for disability rights pertaining to housing development and services funding at the state and federal level.  Prior to Elevare, Ashley was the co-founder and Executive Director of Villa de Vida, a non-profit organization building an affordable housing community for adults with developmental disabilities in San Diego.  She currently serves as the National Coordinator of Together for Choice, a national coalition whose mission is to unite, protect and advance the rights of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.  Ashley has held various positions in corporate development, litigation and valuation consulting, equity research and security compliance. 


Ashley holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Management from the University of Illinois, Chicago, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Claremont Graduate University’s Drucker School of Business.

Daniel Hilley


Daniel Hilley is an independent business consultant based in Los Angeles. He has advised over a dozen Fortune 500 corporations as well as smaller privately held companies and non-profits. He specializes in communications strategy, investor relations and community outreach.


He serves as an elder on the board of Union Church of Los Angeles, a hundred-year-old ministry in downtown Los Angeles. At Union, he led a capital campaign to improve the facility and is a member of the church’s development committee. He also has volunteered his services at Villa de Vida, a non-profit serving the housing needs of autistic adults. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Washington & Lee University and an MBA from the University of California Los Angeles.

Kyong Ju Lee


Kyongju Lee is the Director of Accounting at EcoSense Lighting, an LED lighting manufacturer that delivers a broad line of high-quality, cutting-edge LED lighting solutions. At EcoSense, she is leading the financial reporting and tax return filing in addition to being responsible for all accounting applications and conducting period end close. Kyongju is a Certified Public Accountant and held a Senior Manager position at Moss Adams LLP. She worked in the public accounting field for 9 years where she gained extensive knowledge of US GAAP. Kyongju earned a Bachelors’ Degree from the University of Utah and a Master's Degree from the University of Texas at Austin.

Eric G. C. Mark


Eric is a longtime media-and-entertainment strategist and a well-known thought leader in the dynamic and evolving media-and-entertainment space, and has spoken at numerous industry fora and colloquia, including CES, NAB, and Digital Hollywood, as well as at universities, including Wharton, Harvard, Stanford, NYU, and Northwestern.  Eric holds an MBA in Strategic Management and Marketing from The Wharton School and an MA in International Studies from The Lauder Institute, both of the University of Pennsylvania.  He also holds a BMath in Computer Science with a minor in Drama from the University of Waterloo.


Eric has an extensive background in the not-for-profit sector, having worked with numerous organizations, including PBS, Community Partners, the Los Angeles World Affairs Council, Social Venture Partners, and the U.S. Olympic Committee.
